The answer first

For an eligible stay at a participating hotel, 1,000 ALL Accor Reward points can reduce the price by €20 on ALL.com or in the app; 2,000 points reduce it by €40. Above 2,000, online redemption uses increments of 2,000 points. These are discounts on a stay, not cash. Check the rate, hotel participation and final amount at booking under the official ALL Accor terms.

Online and hotel desks do not always share the same minimum

On the website and app, the minimum is 1,000 points for €20; 2,000 points bring €40. At a participating hotel the usual minimum is also 1,000 points for €20, but in France it starts at 2,000 points for €40. Do not carry the online threshold over to a French hotel reception without checking. Some taxes cannot be covered with points during online booking.

Worked example, not a found rate

Suppose an eligible online rate is €220 and its full amount can receive the discount, with no excluded taxes: 1,000 points take off €20, leaving €200; 2,000 points take off €40, leaving €180. This is a teaching example, not an observed offer or reservation. For a bill in Swiss francs, check the exchange rate Accor applies in the booking summary; €20 is not a fixed CHF amount.

Check before redeeming

Sign in to ALL, select a participating hotel and a rate that offers points at the payment step. The member must stay in person and show their membership card. Certain rates and promotions are excluded; Day Use rates cannot use points. A prepaid, non-cancellable rate still needs a portion paid by card. Check taxes, cancellation terms and the final balance before confirming.

When is redemption useful?

The published discount rule for an eligible stay is €20 per 1,000 Reward points, but Accor says points are not cash and cannot be refunded as money. Compare the same rate with and without points, including any uncovered taxes and cancellation conditions. If the points option is absent, do not infer the hotel is sold out: the rate or participation may explain it. Do not transfer points based only on this calculation.
