The new SWISS Senses cabin is not on every long-haul SWISS flight. For the 2026 summer timetable, SWISS names A350-900 services Zurich–Boston and Zurich–Seoul. From late October in winter 2026/27, it plans Zurich–Johannesburg and selected Zurich–Shanghai flights. SWISS says the booking flow identifies whether your specific flight has the new seat concept.

Separate service from the cabin

SWISS also uses Senses for products and service on all long-haul flights to and from Zurich and Geneva. That does not mean every aircraft already has the A350 interior. If the seat matters, check the seat concept shown for the individual flight and each leg, rather than relying on the experience name alone.

Routes to check in the timetable

Boston and Seoul are the A350 routes SWISS names with the new cabin for summer 2026. Johannesburg is planned from late October; for Shanghai, SWISS explicitly says selected flights. Teaching example: on Milan–Zurich–Shanghai, only an eligible long-haul segment could feature the new cabin; inspect Milan–Zurich separately.

Five Business seats, not one uniform product

The new Business cabin offers Classic, Privacy, Extra Long Bed, Extra Space and Business Suite. Every seat has direct aisle access and heating/cooling, so a Suite is not needed for aisle access alone. Classic already includes charging and a 17.3-inch screen. Extra Long Bed has a 2.2 m flat bed; Business Suite has a door. SWISS lists eight Suites on each A350.

Choose for the feature you value

If direct aisle access is the main goal, Classic meets it in the new cabin. For sleep, compare Extra Long Bed; for separation, consider Business Suite. Three checks before confirmation

Open the individual SWISS flight and check date, airports, flight number and the Senses seat-concept indicator.
