Check what you already have

The right eSIM depends on your trip and existing contract. Before buying, check whether your carrier already includes US roaming, with what allowance and at what cost. Then check the exact phone model, sales region and carrier unlock. Recent devices do not automatically support the same eSIM configuration. A new data line also does not prevent charges on a home line left active.

Match allowance and validity

Price alone does not make speed conditions equivalent.

Consider laptops and travel companions

Holafly US lists US$27.50 for 7 days, US$50.50 for 15 and US$73.90 for 30, with hotspot limited to 1 GB per day. That may cover some tasks, but it is not unlimited sharing for an entire family. T-Mobile U.S. Pass includes 14 GB of high-speed hotspot in its US$25 seven-day pass, plus taxes and fees, but purchase and activation must occur in the US. Compare the final cost and setup process together.

Coverage must fit the route

A strong city connection does not establish coverage along a national-park itinerary. Holafly explicitly warns of possible instability in mountain and desert areas such as Page and the Grand Canyon. Compare the package’s network with your stops, download maps and bookings, and keep an alternative. No measured speeds or guaranteed support turnaround are claimed here. Prices are observed US-dollar listings from official sites; recheck currency and the final total when buying.
