Alternatives remain useful

A router adds device management, charging and return terms to check, but may be worth comparing when several devices share one connection. Individual eSIMs make it easier for travellers to separate. There is no universal winner without knowing the group, route and specific product terms.

Prepare for an important workday

For an essential meeting, ask your accommodation in advance about available workspaces and connections, and prepare an alternative. Defer non-urgent backups and updates, keep required material offline and test from the actual work location. These steps reduce dependence on one line but are not a technical guarantee. Low-latency claims need measurements rather than inference from a provider’s name.
